“There have been times when I thought that’s it, I have had enough, but then deep breath, refocus and carry on and resolve the issue and move forward. Always turning a negative into a positive is a big thing.”

To date, Four Paws Training has successfully trained more than 400 dogs, a figure that continues to motivate the team even during challenging times.

Looking ahead, Four Paws Training is preparing for further expansion into Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland as part of its continued growth programme. Receiving the award has also inspired Paul to think more broadly about additional services and opportunities that could benefit dog owners across the UK.
Although many successful business leaders point to mentors or major influences, Paul remains refreshingly honest about forging his own path, stating simply:
“To be honest I don’t have one.”
