The company officially began in 2014 under the name Heather Watson Operational Services, before undergoing a major rebrand and expansion in January 2020 to become Arendelle Ltd.
Reflecting on the company’s journey, Heather shared:
“Our journey began back in 2014 when our founder, Heather Watson, established the business under the name Heather Watson Operational Services. With a foundation built on over 20 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and payroll, we set out to provide professional, high-level back-office support to other organisations.”
