Caroline Sargent of Bounce Coaching & Development Ltd Honoured with Inspirational Women in Business Award for Coaching & Personal Development 2026

Caroline Sargent, founder of Bounce Coaching & Development Ltd, has been awarded the prestigious Inspirational Women in Business Award for Coaching & Personal Development 2026 in recognition of her outstanding contribution to leadership development, personal growth, wellbeing, and empowering individuals to rediscover confidence, energy, and resilience.

Known for bringing positivity, creativity, and what she calls “bouncebackability” into workplaces and personal development spaces, Caroline has built a reputation for transforming traditional learning experiences into engaging, human-centred programmes that genuinely inspire change.

With more than 20 years of experience across HR, Leadership, and Learning & Development, Caroline founded Bounce Coaching & Development Ltd after recognising the need for a more energising and meaningful approach to learning.

Reflecting on her journey, Caroline explained:

“I wanted to find a way to bring the fun to learning, lighting the spark of curiosity, having fun and ultimately helping learning stick.”

After becoming a mother and reaching what she described as a crossroads in both career and personal life, Caroline took the leap into entrepreneurship and launched her own coaching and development business, a decision that would go on to positively impact individuals, teams, and organisations alike.

Today, Bounce Coaching & Development Ltd helps individuals “find their HAPPY”, teams build their “SPIRIT”, and organisations improve performance through positivity, resilience, and practical leadership development grounded in brain science and human connection.

Caroline credits much of her success to living with purpose and staying aligned with her values. She believes that learning to set boundaries, protect her energy, and focus on work that genuinely creates impact has transformed both her business and personal wellbeing. She also highlights the importance of strong support networks, trusted collaborators, and maintaining perspective during challenging times.

Like many business owners, Caroline faced significant uncertainty during the Covid-19 pandemic when projects and contracts disappeared almost overnight. Rather than stepping back, she pivoted her work to support others through free webinars focused on leading through uncertainty, alongside virtual laughter yoga sessions designed to lift morale and reconnect people during isolation. What began as a response to crisis soon opened new doors, opportunities, and connections for her business.

Her passion for helping others unlock confidence and self-belief remains at the heart of everything she does.

“It’s helping others step into their power and achieve something that they may not have thought they were capable or deserving of.”

Caroline’s work has already led to remarkable achievements across organisations and communities. She has supported women’s networks, developed confidence-building initiatives, created wellness spaces within the construction industry, and delivered award-winning leadership development programmes recognised by the UK Brilliance Awards, UK Business Awards, and Learning Excellence Awards.

Despite these accolades, Caroline says the moments she values most are often the quieter victories: the client who secures a promotion, the individual who finally starts their own business, or the manager who successfully helps someone transform their performance and confidence.

Looking ahead, Caroline is preparing to launch Mama Mojo, a new community and coaching concept dedicated to supporting mothers balancing career ambitions, family life, and personal wellbeing. Inspired by the realities faced by working mothers, Mama Mojo aims to provide encouragement, practical support, and connection for women navigating leadership, motherhood, and identity simultaneously.

Having recently qualified as both a burnout coach and maternity coach, Caroline also plans to work more closely with businesses to improve support for women through maternity and beyond.

When asked what advice she would offer other women considering a similar path, Caroline spoke about reconnecting with the fearless optimism often lost through adulthood and societal expectations.

She encourages women to remember the dreams and ambitions they once held as children and to pursue them unapologetically, reminding others that “it’s never too late.”

Caroline also acknowledged the people who have shaped her journey, from early mentors who recognised her potential to creative collaborators who helped bring her vision to life. However, she says her greatest influences remain her three sons, who continue to inspire her creativity, resilience, and sense of purpose every day.

Winning the Inspirational Women in Business Award for Coaching & Personal Development 2026 marks another milestone in Caroline’s growing impact within the coaching and personal development industry and serves as recognition of her unwavering commitment to helping others thrive with confidence, purpose, and bounce.
