Revive Cosmetics founder Eleanore Quadri Receives Influential Woman In Business Award 2026 for Mentoring Healthcare Professionals

Revive Cosmetics founder and nurse prescriber Eleanore Quadri has been honoured with the Influential Woman in Business Award 2026 for Mentoring Healthcare Professionals, recognising her outstanding contribution to clinical education, ethical leadership and the development of healthcare professionals within the aesthetics industry.

What began as a conversation during maternity leave has grown into one of the region’s most respected nurse-led aesthetics clinics. Nearly fifteen years ago, while heavily pregnant with her son, Eleanore mentioned to her husband that a friend was receiving Botox treatments from a dentist. Rather than dismissing the idea, he encouraged her to explore the opportunity, believing her nursing background made it a natural progression. That encouragement became the catalyst for a career that would transform not only her own future but also the careers of many healthcare professionals she has since mentored.

“If it wasn’t for my husband, I probably wouldn’t be where I am today. He believed in me before I believed in myself,” Eleanore reflects. “I set up the business while I was on maternity leave nearly fifteen years ago. I started by converting my garage into a clinic, then outgrew that, built another clinic, and now we’ve built a second bespoke clinic that I never would have dreamed possible.”

Today, Revive Cosmetics operates from a purpose-built facility created entirely from the ground up. The journey has been one of continuous growth, beginning with mobile clinics and a converted garage before expanding into a dedicated clinic that quickly became too small for demand. Their latest bespoke premises represent years of careful planning, perseverance and investment.

While Eleanore’s clinical expertise provided the foundation, building a successful business required developing an entirely new skill set.

“As a nurse, I was never taught business,” she explains. “I had to learn aesthetics while also learning how to run a business. I’ve always wanted to remain ethical and never become a salesperson. I think what has made the biggest difference is being incredibly organised, having very high standards and treating every patient the way I would want my own family to be treated.”

That philosophy shapes every aspect of Revive Cosmetics. Eleanore responds promptly to enquiries, keeps meticulous systems in place, continually invests in training and has created robust clinical policies and procedures that her team of nurses and skin therapists follow. She believes leadership begins by setting the example herself, encouraging her staff to adopt the same commitment to professionalism, organisation and patient care.

Her willingness to go the extra mile was instrumental in establishing the clinic’s reputation. In the early years she regularly worked evenings, adapted her schedule around patients’ needs and rarely turned opportunities away, understanding that exceptional service would ultimately build long-term trust and sustainable growth.

The past several years have tested that resilience more than ever. Building the new clinic required navigating five years of planning applications, selling the previous premises, securing change of use approval, constructing a purpose-built facility and overcoming opposition throughout the planning process. The project placed considerable financial and emotional pressure on the family while also demanding that the business maintained its exceptionally high standards throughout.

“We’ve been really tested over the last few years,” she says. “There were times it was incredibly stressful behind the scenes, but you just have to keep going. You have to persevere and push through because hard work really does pay off.”

Throughout those challenges, Revive Cosmetics has continued to strengthen its reputation for excellence. The clinic has successfully completed multiple Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections over the years, reinforcing its commitment to patient safety, governance and best practice. Maintaining those standards while relocating and expanding required exceptional leadership and meticulous preparation from the entire team.

Alongside treating patients, mentoring has become one of Eleanore’s greatest passions. She encourages aspiring practitioners to invest heavily in education, remain committed to ethical practice and avoid shortcuts.

“My advice is simple… go for it. Don’t procrastinate and don’t hold back. Train as much as you possibly can because knowledge is power. The more you learn, the safer you become and the better practitioner you’ll be.”

She also believes professionals should ignore unnecessary industry divisions, focus on their own standards and continually develop through relationships with pharmaceutical companies, product specialists and ongoing education.

For Eleanore, however, the greatest reward has never been business success alone. It remains the privilege of helping people feel more confident while preserving their natural identity.

“I love helping people, seeing their confidence grow and building those long-term relationships. Patients trust me with one treatment, then come back months later asking for guidance on others. Watching that journey unfold is incredibly rewarding. Being a nurse also means I can be someone who listens, supports and helps people beyond aesthetics. Sometimes you’re a clinician, sometimes you’re a counsellor, and sometimes you’re simply a safe space.”

Among her proudest professional achievements is the completion of the new purpose-built clinic, alongside being appointed as the only nurse national trainer for pharmaceutical company Vivacy while also holding a training contract with Galderma. Working with two internationally respected aesthetics companies reflects the confidence the industry places in her expertise. She is also collaborating with a CO2 laser manufacturer and a pharmacy company on medical studies, while delivering professional training directly from her own clinic.

Looking ahead, Eleanore plans to continue expanding Revive Cosmetics by developing her team of nurses and skin therapists, increasing clinical capacity, completing the final landscaping around the new clinic and continuing to grow as both a clinician and educator. She also hopes to achieve something equally important, creating a healthier work-life balance after years of working six days a week.

One of the defining moments in her career came during the COVID-19 pandemic. After years of balancing a senior NHS role with raising three children and growing Revive Cosmetics, she reached a crossroads. Encouraged by her husband, she took a sabbatical from the NHS with the intention of returning after a year. Instead, the clinic experienced unprecedented growth, giving her the confidence to dedicate herself to the business full-time. It was a leap of faith that ultimately transformed both her career and the future of Revive Cosmetics.

Receiving the Influential Woman in Business Award 2026 has given Eleanore an opportunity to reflect on everything she has accomplished.

“Winning this award has made me realise I’m not just a nurse – I’m a businesswoman too. I think I have always downplayed what I’ve achieved because I struggle with imposter syndrome. This recognition has reminded me that I must be doing something right. It’s encouraged me to look at how far we’ve come, be proud of what we’ve built and focus on where we can take the business next.”

Through exceptional clinical leadership, unwavering ethical standards and a genuine passion for mentoring healthcare professionals, Eleanore Quadri continues to demonstrate that meaningful success is measured not only by business growth, but by the confidence, knowledge and opportunities created for others along the way.
