Ghada Fourane, Founder and CEO of Spika Tech, has been named the winner of the Influential Women in Business 2026 Award for Data, CRM Strategy & Business Intelligence, recognising her outstanding leadership, industry impact, and commitment to redefining how digital transformation is delivered.
With over twenty years of experience, Ghada’s journey began within some of the world’s leading consultancies, including Accenture and Slalom, where she served as Director of Technical Architecture. In these roles, she led complex Salesforce and CRM programmes for major global organisations. Through this experience, she identified a consistent and costly pattern: fast-growing businesses were investing heavily in expansion only to find their CRM systems unable to support growth. This was often followed by consultancies overselling solutions, under-delivering results, and leaving leadership teams with incomplete systems and diminished trust.

Reflecting on the inspiration behind launching Spika Tech, Ghada explains:
“Spika Tech was my answer to a single question: what would I build if I had to live with the consequences of my own work?”
Founded in 2024, Spika Tech was built with a clear and deliberate philosophy, focusing on diagnosing problems before delivering solutions, ensuring senior expertise remains directly involved in execution, and measuring success through tangible business outcomes rather than billable hours.
At the core of Spika Tech’s success is a commitment to honesty and integrity. In an industry where clients are often told what they want to hear, Ghada established a culture grounded in transparency, even when it meant walking away from potential opportunities. This discipline has proven to be a powerful driver of growth, with more than 60% of new business now coming through referrals.
Operationally, the company is defined by its willingness to say no to unsuitable projects and maintain alignment between client outcomes and delivery. Unlike larger firms that rely on junior teams after securing contracts at a senior level, Spika Tech ensures experienced professionals remain involved throughout the process. This commitment to quality has underpinned consistent delivery and strong client trust.
Alongside its commercial success, the company has been built on a values-led foundation. From its inception, Spika Tech exceeded a 50% gender balance and introduced menstrual and menopause leave as a core principle. This focus on creating a workplace people genuinely want to be part of has contributed to strong retention and a growing team culture.
The early stages of building the company presented significant challenges. As a bootstrapped business with no external investment, Ghada faced the realities of maintaining high standards while managing financial pressures. Opportunities to compromise by lowering rates or accepting unsuitable work were present but consistently rejected. Instead, resilience was built through proven client success, referrals, and a trusted network of fellow women founders and operators.
This resilience extended into defining moments, including turning down deals that could have eased short-term financial pressure. One referral arrived at exactly the right time, reinforcing the effectiveness of the business model and the importance of maintaining discipline. That experience strengthened Ghada’s belief that long-term success depends on consistency in values and decision-making.
Her advice to other women aspiring to follow a similar path is rooted in confidence, clarity, and discipline. She emphasises the importance of taking up space without hesitation, maintaining non-negotiable standards, and recognising that honesty in business is not only a personal trait but a strategic advantage.
The work itself continues to be a source of fulfilment. One of the most rewarding aspects is witnessing the moment when leadership teams begin trusting their data for the first time, transforming decision-making and confidence across their organisations. Equally important is the growth of the team, which has expanded from two to ten people in under two years, with many early team members now leading their own workstreams.
From a performance perspective, Spika Tech has delivered significant results. A global SaaS engagement in 2025 achieved $2 million in annual savings, reduced customer churn by 12%, and accelerated access to insights by 30%, all within six months for a business employing more than 3,800 people. The company has also secured major transformation programmes, including work with one of the UK’s largest utilities, competing successfully against tier-one firms.
Beyond measurable outcomes, the company’s internal culture remains one of its proudest achievements. A ten-person team with strong gender balance, high retention, and alignment with the company’s founding values represents a quieter but equally important success.
Looking ahead, Spika Tech has ambitious plans. Over the next eighteen months, the company aims to double its team while maintaining its senior-led delivery model. A dedicated AI and Data Analytics practice is also being launched to meet growing demand for predictive analytics and automation built on established CRM systems. Expansion into financial services and healthcare is also planned.
Winning the Influential Women in Business Award has reinforced the impact of this approach, both for the business and its team. It provides recognition in a highly competitive space and strengthens credibility with clients, partners, and talent.
As Ghada reflects:
“An award like this is concrete proof to clients, talent and partners that what we’re doing is being seen and being valued.”
Her leadership style, defined by directness, accountability, and honesty, has been shaped by professional experience, influential mentors, and a belief that accountability is a form of respect. Communities within the Salesforce ecosystem and organisations such as Supermums have also played an important role in supporting emerging talent and shaping her leadership journey.
Today, Ghada continues to pass that same confidence onto others, encouraging those she mentors to take their work seriously and lead with conviction.
Through a combination of expertise, integrity, and vision, Ghada Fourane and Spika Tech are not only delivering measurable results but also setting a new standard for how modern consultancies operate.
