Looking ahead, Lauren is focused on growing both her main menu and event catering services. As a one-woman business, she values the freedom to experiment, introduce new ideas, and expand her reach. Her immediate goal is to bring her food and personal touch to more events and clients.
Without a traditional mentor, Lauren draws her inspiration from those closest to her. Her daughter remains her driving force, while her friend Siàn has provided invaluable encouragement and belief throughout her journey.
